Release, sell, or distribute music using the samples (even commercially).
Edit, pitch, or modify the samples.

You may not:

Resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or repack the samples as standalone files or as part of another sample pack.
Claim authorship or ownership of the original samples as-is.
Use the samples in a way that competes with our business (e.g. creating a competing sample library).

2. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and non-returnable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a product has been downloaded or accessed.

If you experience technical issues with a download, please contact usand we’ll assist you promptly.

3. Delivery

All products are delivered digitally via download after successful payment. You will receive a download link either on the confirmation page or via email.

Please make sure to back up your files, as we are not responsible for lost downloads after initial delivery.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to audio samples, graphics, text, and branding, remains the intellectual property of www.skeptikaudio.com or its licensors.

You do not acquire ownership of any product, only a license to use it under the terms outlined above.

5. Limitation of Liability
